How it works

Ferroli Installersmate


  • Free Gas Safe Notifications

    Make your Gas Safe Notifications on your Ferroli boiler installations via Installersmate and it won’t cost you a penny, saving you the usual fee of £2.20 on every job. The process is exactly the same, you just won’t have to pay at the end.


  • Your Profile

    All your Ferroli boiler installations will be added to your Profile page so you will have a clear record of your work.


  • Warranty Registration

    When you have completed a Gas Safe Notification via Installersmate you can register the warranty by entering the boiler serial number. If you have purchased a 7 year or 10 year warranty with the boiler you will be asked to enter the unique activation code on the document given to you by the merchant. Your customer will then receive the warranty certificate and a copy of the terms & conditions.


  • Annual Boiler Service Email Reminder

    An annual service is not only essential for the safe upkeep of your customer’s boiler and for maintaining the validity of their warranty, it’s also a great source of continuing business for you. However, it’s also something that many customers forget to arrange, so rather than the onus being on you to work out when to contact each of your customers to remind them to book a service, Installersmate will do it for you automatically. Six weeks before the anniversary of their boiler installation, both you and your customer will receive an email reminder, giving you both plenty of time to arrange a convenient date.

    Please note, for your customer to receive a reminder you will need to fill in their email address, so don’t forget to ask them to include it when they give you their contact details. If they do not have an email address or prefer not to give it you, then the reminder will just be emailed to you.

  • Training and Product Awareness

    We offer 1 day hands-on training courses which are designed to give engineers a more comprehensive understanding of installation requirements, appliance set-up and servicing, fault finding and parts replacement.
